Named After famous academician EA Wegner. Perm State University is recognized as a major center for higher medical education and scientific research. It is one of the leading medical universities in Russia.

Hostels
For the benefit of students 12 hostels have comfortable and cozy rooms with attached kitchens. There is television and internet access/connection in each room. Other facilities provided for students are dry-cleaners, beauty salons, etc.
